This dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga was founded approximately 2500 years ago in the temples of Thailand. Because of Thailand's central location in Southeastern Asia, this work draws from many cultures including India, Burma, Tibet, China, Laos, Vietnam, and Indonesia.  

We treat the whole body with the whole body!

Thai Yoga Bodywork is generally performed on a mat on the floor, both the client and practitioner are dressed in 
loose, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement and flexibility.  In this unique healing system of therapy
the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures while compressing along the body’s energy lines and muscle tissue.  
Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, 
and provides energy balancing and deep muscle relaxation.
